I managed to get home from Wigton on Saturday just in time to see Abby Dow’s two tries at the end of the England Scotland game. Apart from that, the only rugby I’ve seen is the Cumbria Cup Final.

However, my viewing of the England Scotland game came a long way second to Sue’s need to be involved in Aston Villa’s win over Newcastle!!

So things have shaped up to the final match next Saturday (England v France) which we all knew would be the decider. The men’s game between these two is known as “Le Crunch”, so is the women’s game “La Crunche”? Just asking for a friend!!
